NetCrusader/Web requires a license file for configuration. The license file is provided on a separate diskette shipped with the NetCrusader/Web product. If you are evaluating NetCrusader/Web, you also have a license, but this license will expire. If you cannot locate your license, contact Entegrity Technical Support or your reseller.
The first time you run the Security Adapter Configuration Wizard you are prompted for the location of the license file.
To install a license:
1. Start the Security Adapter Configuration Wizard. The Server screen appears.
2. Select the server on which you want to install the Security Adapter and then click Next. A message indicating that the license was not found appears.
3. Insert the license floppy in a drive.
4. At the Do you want to install one now prompt, answer Y. A window appears allowing you to browse to the location of the license file.
5. Browse to the license file on the floppy.
6. Click Ok. The license is installed at the top level of the NetCrusader/Web installation directory (for example, C:\Program Files\Gradient\NetCrusader).
