No Crypto Device Found

Symptom:

When you try to log in using Entrust and the NetCrusader/Web Client, the error "No Crypto Device Found" appears.

Causes:

    1) There needs to be a trailing slash "\" at the end of the directory name.
    2) When using a Smartcard, even on Windows NT 4.0, the filename is case senesitive -- it must be all in lower case (for example, foo.tkn).
