Netscape Enterprise Server 3.5.1 reports a missing DLL (ns-httpd30.dll).

This is a problem with the Netscape release. The Netscape Enterprise Server 3.5.1 release did not include the older versions of libraries ns-httpd20.dll and ns-httpd30.dll. Netscape has released a patch, P106927, to address the problem. See the Netscape web site (http://www.netscape.com) to obtain the patch.
