"DOCUMENT CONTAINS NO DATA" ERROR (310GR 15-Jan-1998)

PROBLEM: When accessing a web page protected by the Security Adapter, your browser may return the "Document Contains No Data" error.

CAUSES:

1. Over Entrust Authentication, there is no mapping for the Distinguished Name (DN) of that Entrust user.

2. The user does not have permission to view the web page

3. The user has aborted the authentication process.

SOLUTIONS:

For Cause 1 (above) add a mapping that precisely matches the DN displayed in the localhost/SecMenu/Entrust page.

For Cause 2 (above) have the system administrator grant the user access to the web page.

For Cause 3 (above) close and re-enter the browser. Reply properly to the authentication challenge.
