INITIALIZATION PROGRAM ABORTS WHEN DCE NOT RUNNING

Applies to WebCrusader Version 2.x only. (Windows NT systems only)

The initialization program will abort if you try to initialize the Connect Server when DCE is not running on the machine. Make sure DCE is running before configuring any Connect Server or Secure AppEngine server.
