SECURE APPENGINE SCGI_START() EXIT PROBLEM

Applies to WebCrusader Version 2.x only.

If scgi_start() encounters a non-recoverable DCE problem, it exits without returning. If this occurs, refer to the _error_log (on NT systems) or _server_log (on Unix systems) and the system event log or DCE log for more information and error messages. This problem most commonly occurs when DCE is not available at the time that scgi_start() is run or if a valid license is not installed.
