Upgrading from an Evaluation Version to a Permanent Version

Question
I downloaded an evaluation version of Entegrity DCE and DFS for Compaq Tru64 UNIX and am now buying the product. How do I upgrade? Will I lose any of the configuration data I already entered?

Answer

1. Order your product from our sales team.
2. Uninstall the evaluation kit.
3. Install the production kit according to the directions in the Installation and Configuration Guide that accompanies the kit.
4. To maintain the old configuration, when prompted during installation of the full kit, choose to preserve the configuration (answer n when asked "Do you want to delete the old DCE databases?").
